Production & Fulfillment

Every Strange Strains release is prepared through intentional production timelines designed to preserve quality, consistency, and delivery integrity. Our collections are produced in limited quantities and released in controlled waves to maintain rarity and creative authenticity.

Production Time

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing and production preparation before shipment.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days (U.S. only). You’ll get a tracking number once your piece is on the move.

Calculated at checkout. Sometimes we drop free shipping codes—so stay tapped in.

Issues with Delivery

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, reach out to us within 7 days at info@strangestrains.com. We’ll do our best to help you track it down, but we’re not responsible for stolen or lost items after delivery.
