Because each piece is made to order and designed around a specific drop, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, but we do provide store credit for unworn, unwashed items—if approved in advance.

To request a return for store credit, email us at contact@strangestrains.com within 7 days of delivery.

Do not send any items back without confirmation. We’ll walk you through the process if your return is eligible.
