All purchases made through the Site are subject to product availability. Strange Strains 420 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or placed in violation of these Terms.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.
Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel confirmed orders due to inventory errors, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraud.
On-Demand Production: Each release is prepared with intentional production timelines to preserve quality and delivery integrity. Fulfillment timelines are estimates and may vary during active releases. We are not liable for delays caused by production partners or carriers.
Shipping: Shipping timelines are estimates only. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to a carrier, Strange Strains 420 is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the limited and release-based nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence to info@strangestrains.com.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Strange Strains 420 reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
